VIRTUAL-EVENTS project was born with the intention of innovating and enhancing Dueci Promotion’s offer, transforming the remotely learning, which represented an emergency solution during the Covid pandemic period to guarantee the continuity of services, into an ordinary operational choice, through the implementation of a consolidation and development project that will lead to rethink the training offer by moving it to digital channels, while maintaining coherence with the requirements of content quality, efficiency and effectiveness that ECM training must comply with, and that have always characterised DueCi’s offer.
The project involves:
• The renewal of the training offer through the use of new methodologies
• The introduction of innovative digital tools to support training
• The enhancement of the information system
• A new promotion and sales strategy
The project will have positive repercussions on the efficiency of work processes, on the balance between family and work thanks to the introduction of flexible working methods, particularly
smart-working, and on the containment of environmental impact, thanks to the reduction of energy consumption and the dematerialisation of paper documents.
The above strengthens innovation and competitiveness in our Region.
